Job Summary:

The company is looking for an active and self-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell eco-friendly gardening and sustainability products through regular field visits.

Requirements:

• Medium-level English communication skills
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
• Highly energetic and field-oriented personality
• Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude
• Knowledge of landscaping and gardening
• Understanding of seasonal market trends
• Strong price negotiation and deal-closing ability

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell eco-friendly gardening and sustainability products under the Bharat Vumi initiative
• Achieve sales targets through direct field visits and customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
