💰 Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹31,000 per month

Incentives: Minimum average ₹5,000+ per month

💥 High earning potential based on performance💼 Job Role: Field Sales ExecutiveAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, meeting clients, pitching Paytm products, and closing deals within your assigned territory.

📌 Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads in the assigned area

Visit merchants/customers and explain Paytm products & services

Conduct product demos and close sales deals

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Update sales data and follow-ups in CRM systems

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Work independently in the field with daily reporting

🧠 Required Skills & Eligibility Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and travel locally

Basic smartphone usage & CRM understanding

Sales experience preferred (Freshers with confidence can apply)
