Job Description

Techwens Software Pvt Ltd is expanding its field sales team and looking for experienced, result-driven professionals who can drive business growth on the ground.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring SME clients by directly visiting factories, retail hubs, and corporate offices. You will help business owners streamline their employee management and statutory compliance processes through structured solutions.

This is a field-intensive role suited for candidates who are confident, persuasive, and comfortable meeting decision-makers daily.

Key Responsibilities

1. Territory & Market Development

  • Identify and map potential SME clients within the assigned territory (Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, MSMEs, etc.).
  • Generate leads through field visits and local market networking.

2. Field Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Conduct daily door-to-door or appointment-based visits.
  • Meet business owners, HR Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Present solutions clearly and address client queries confidently.

3. Sales Cycle Management

  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure conversions.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.

5. Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily visit reports and follow-ups in the company CRM/tracking system.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Min 2–4 years of proven field sales experience (Telecom, Insurance, FMCG, EdTech, SaaS, Financial Services, or similar sectors preferred). Freshers are not eligible for this role.
  • Education: Minimum Graduate (Mandatory).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable using smartphones and explaining digital platforms to business owners.
  • Personal Traits: Strong communication skills, confident personality, target-oriented mindset.
