Field Sales Executive

🏢 Job Title:Field Sales Executive – SBI Credit Card

📍 Job Location: Karunamoye, Saltlake, Newtown, Rajarhat, Bidhannagar, Dum dum , Nager bazar, Park circus, Sealdah, Esplanade, Baguihati, Kestopur.

🕒 Working Hours:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

(If branch sales are low, you may be sent for field visits from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM).

💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards to walk-in customers in SBI branches or nearby areas.
2. Explain features and benefits of different SBI credit cards (shopping, fuel, rewards, etc.).
3. Collect required documents (KYC – PAN, Aadhaar, Photo, etc.) from interested customers.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.
5. Generate leads and follow up with customers for card activation.
6. Maintain a good relationship with branch staff and customers.

• 💰 Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depends on location and experience).

• Incentives: Based on performance — more card sales = higher earnings (can go ₹5,000–₹25,000+ extra).

• 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Fresher or experienced in sales, telecalling, or marketing.
• Good communication skills and convincing ability.
• Should be comfortable in field work.



👕 Dress Code:Formal shirt, trousers, shoes (professional appearance required).

• Sales Officer / Area Sales Manager
• Permanent role under SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd.
