📝 Job Summary:

Skai Line Amenities Private Limited is looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote PG accommodation and restaurant services. The candidate will be responsible for handling PG inquiries, converting leads into bookings, promoting restaurant services, and building corporate partnerships with nearby offices, colleges, and institutions to increase occupancy and sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🏠 Handle PG accommodation inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms

👥 Arrange property visits and explain facilities, rent structure, and policies to potential tenants

📊 Convert leads into confirmed PG bookings and maintain occupancy targets

📝 Maintain records of leads, property visits, and booking details

🍽️ Promote restaurant services to nearby offices, hostels, PGs, and residential areas

📦 Generate bulk food orders for offices, meetings, and events

🤝 Develop partnerships with IT companies, startups, hospitals, and educational institutions

🏢 Build relationships with HR and admin teams for employee accommodation and food service contracts

🚶 Conduct field visits to colleges, coaching centres, offices, and hostels for promotion

📢 Distribute flyers and brochures and support online marketing and social media campaigns

💬 Maintain good relationships with tenants and restaurant customers and collect feedback

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 – 40 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers or candidates with sales/hospitality experience preferred

Shift: Day (Full Time) – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Flexible based on field visits)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (As per experience & skills)
