আমরা একজন প্রোঅ্যাকটিভ এবং ডাইনামিক ফিল্ড সেলস এক্সিকিউটিভ খুঁজছি, যিনি আমাদের রিয়েল এস্টেট সম্পত্তির জন্য সাইট ভিজিট করবেন। মূল দায়িত্ব হলো সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে গিয়ে সম্পত্তির অবস্থান দেখানো, তাদের আগ্রহ সৃষ্টি করা এবং মাঠের মাধ্যমে সংযোগ স্থাপন করা।

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• নির্ধারিত বিভিন্ন রিয়েল এস্টেট সম্পত্তির জন্য সাইট ভিজিট সম্পন্ন করা।
• সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে সাইটে দেখা করে তথ্য প্রদান করা ও প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া।
• সম্পত্তির বৈশিষ্ট্য প্রদর্শন করা এবং মূল বিক্রয় পয়েন্টগুলো হাইলাইট করা।
• ভিজিটের পরে ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছ থেকে মতামত সংগ্রহ করে তাদের প্রয়োজনীয়তা বোঝা।
• সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে সম্পর্ক তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা।
• সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সাইট ভিজিটের ফলাফল আপডেট দেওয়া।
• সাইট ভিজিট এবং ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে যোগাযোগের সময়মত রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to conduct site visits for our real estate properties. The primary responsibility is to visit potential clients, showcase property locations, and generate interest through on-ground engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to various real estate properties as assigned.
• Meet potential clients at the site to provide information and answer queries.
• Showcase property features and highlight key selling points.
• Gather feedback from clients post-visit to understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to update them on site visit outcomes.
• Ensure timely reporting of site visits and client interactions.
