🎯 Job Role: Online Champ (Sales – Online Leads)We are hiring dynamic candidates for handling online leads and converting them into Airtel Broadband (Xtream Fiber) and Postpaid connections.

• 📝 Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with online leads generated through digital platforms
• Explain Airtel broadband & postpaid plans to customers
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Coordinate with field team for installation/activation
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets

👉 Role mainly involves calling + lead conversion (no heavy field work)

• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Sales / Telecalling experience preferred
