A Credit Card Sales Executive identifies, persuades, and acquires new customers for bank credit card products, typically working in field sales, retail branches, or via telemarketing to meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, or referrals to sell credit cards.
- Sales Conversion: Explain features, benefits, and rewards of various credit card products to prospective clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific, assigned monthly sales targets.
- Documentation & KYC: Collect, verify, and submit customer documents in accordance with bank policies.
- Customer Service: Address queries, handle complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage card usage.
