Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Residential Sales Professional with a strong background in premium homes and large residential projects. The role focuses on solution-based selling of Audio, Home Theatre, Home Automation, and Smart Home systems for villas, farmhouses, luxury apartments, and gated communities.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working closely with Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC consultants, and should be capable of engaging with HNI clients, understanding lifestyle requirements, and converting design intent into high-value AV & automation solutions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesResidential Sales & Relationship ManagementGenerate leads primarily through Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, and Consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Architecture firms
- Interior design studios
- Luxury residential developers
- Handle high-end residential inquiries, including villas, bungalows, farmhouses, and large apartments
- Conduct client meetings and site visits during early design and construction stages
- Design-Led Solution SellingWork closely with Architects and Interior Designers to:
- Align AV & automation solutions with design intent
- Coordinate layouts, wiring paths, concealment requirements, and finishes
- Understand homeowner lifestyle, usage patterns, and budgets
- Propose customized solutions covering:
- Home theatres & media rooms
- Multi-room audio
- Lighting & curtain automation
- HVAC and security integration
- Networking & WiFi solutions
- Project Coordination & ClosuresPrepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations in coordination with the technical and design teams
- Close deals while maintaining margin discipline and project viability
- Ensure smooth handover to the execution team post order confirmation
- Coordinate during execution to support designers, consultants, and homeowners
- Assist in milestone-based billing and collections
- Brand RepresentationRepresent premium brands in:
- Home theatre & audio systems
- Projectors and displays
- Home automation controllers
- Networking and smart home ecosystems
- Explain technical concepts in a design-friendly and client-friendly manner, without excessive jargon
- CRM & ReportingUpdate residential leads, designer accounts, and project status in CRM
- Share weekly pipeline updates, closures, and forecast reports
- Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Experience3–6 years of hands-on sales experience in high-end residential projects
- Proven experience working closely with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Luxury residential consultants
- Prior exposure to design-led project environments is mandatory
- EducationGraduate / Diploma
- Engineering or technical background preferred
- Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of:
- Home theatre design & acoustics (basic level)
- Multi-room audio systems
- Luxury home automation (lighting, curtains, HVAC, security)
- Projectors, displays, and control systems
- Structured cabling and basic networking concepts
- Soft SkillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong presentation and proposal explanation capabilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Comfortable interacting with HNI / UHNI clients
- Willingness to travel across Gurgaon, NCR, and nearby locations
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Residential sales target achievement (monthly & quarterly)
- Number of active architect & designer relationships
