About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and confident Field Sales Executive to represent our company and drive sales . The ideal candidate should be smart, well-presented, and skilled in client communication, field visits, and relationship management. This is a client-facing role requiring enthusiasm, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients across assigned areas to promote and sell tour & travel packages.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through professional service.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
• Male candidates preferred for this role.
• 1–3 years of field sales or client-facing experience (preferably in travel or related service industry).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident in client interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
