💼 Sales Manager / Mid-Level Manager – OSL Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Kolkata

🕒 Experience: 0–5 Years (Minimum 1 year preferred; Freshers with good communication skills may apply)

🏢 Industry: Insurance Brokerage / Financial Services

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 🚶‍♂ Client Visits & Field Sales:

Conduct daily client visits, build strong rapport, and act as the primary point of contact (POS) for all insurance needs.

• 📈 New Business Acquisition:

Prospect, pitch, and close new customers for Life, Health, Motor & General Insurance products. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• 🤝 Relationship Management:

Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensure timely service, and support them in policy renewals, claims, and documentation.

• 📞 Lead Handling & Follow-Up:

Work with inbound/outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into active customers.

• 📝 Policy Support & Coordination:

Assist customers in filling proposal forms, documentation, premium payments, and smooth policy issuance.

• 👥 Team Roles (for Mid-Level Managers):

Guide junior team members, monitor performance, support field activities, and drive overall team targets.

• 📊 Reporting & CRM Updates:

Maintain daily reports, update CRM, and share progress with the management team.

• 📚 Basic insurance knowledge (training will be provided)

📌 Qualifications

• HS Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred

• Freshers with strong communication can apply

• Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales / Tele-Sales is an added advantage
