Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Field Manager to build and manage a strong partner network in Kolkata and surrounding regions. The role focuses on developing referral partnerships with professionals who can generate leads for unclaimed shares recovery, IEPF claims, transmission cases, and investor services.


This is a high-ownership, field-driven role ideal for candidates with strong relationship-building skills and local business networking experience.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Partner Acquisition -
  • Identify and onboard referral partners such as:
  • Chartered Accountants (CAs)
  • Company Secretaries (CS)
  • Financial advisors / wealth managers
  • Stock brokers / sub-brokers
  • Lawyers handling inheritance cases
  • NBFC DSAs / loan consultants
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with active partners.
  • Conduct regular partner visits and engagement activities.
  • Provide training and awareness about unclaimed shares recovery.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development
  • Generate consistent B2B referral pipeline.
  • Drive partner-led lead generation and conversions.
  • Track territory performance and growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Market DevelopmentIncrease awareness about:
  • Unclaimed shares recovery
  • IEPF claims
  • Duplicate share certificates
  • Transmission cases
  • Represent the company in local networking events and seminars.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain daily field visit reports.
  • Update CRM with partner interactions and leads.
  • Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth case execution.
  • Share insights on competition and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience2–6 years in:

  • B2B sales / field sales
  • Channel development
  • Financial services / insurance / broking
  • Wealth or loan distribution

Skills:

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication (English + Hindi + Bengali preferred)
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with field travel
  • Basic knowledge of financial products preferred
