Field Sales Manager

🧑‍💼 Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to promote our Physiotherapy services, Cupping Therapy, Doctor’s Clinic, and Supplement Store in surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate should be confident in field sales, able to communicate well, and capable of generating daily leads.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 1. Lead Generation

• Visit gyms, local shops, housing complexes, offices, and sports clubs to generate leads
• Promote physiotherapy services, cupping therapy, and supplements
• Collect customer contact details and share pamphlets

🔹 2. Sales & Promotion

• Explain our services and offers clearly
• Promote membership plans and supplement products
• Convert interested prospects into clinic/store visits
• Build strong relationships with nearby communities

🔹 3. Field Marketing

• Conduct outdoor campaigns, stalls, and awareness drives
• Coordinate with clinic/store team for follow-ups
• Maintain daily reporting of field visits and conversions

🔹 4. Customer Service

• Guide customers toward correct services/products
• Support in after-sales follow-ups
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

💼 Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of fitness/health (preferred, not mandatory)
• Confident in outdoor field work
• Smart, energetic, and target-oriented
• Minimum 10th/12th pass

Full-time (Field work + Reporting at clinic/store)
