Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and servicing of industrial weighing systems

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues at customer sites

- Travel extensively across India, including remote industrial locations

- Report to customer sites on schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

- Maintain professional conduct and build positive relationships with customers

- Provide detailed service reports and feedback to the office after each assignment

- Ensure proper handling and care of company equipment and tools

- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support.

Travel Requirements:

- Extensive travel throughout India is mandatory

- Travel frequency will be high, with short intervals between assignments (typically 2–3 days between travel schedules)

- Company will bear all travel, lodging, local conveyance, and food expenses as per company policy
