Field Supervisor

Job Position: Field Officer (Male)

Requirements:

• Must own a bike (mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary pass (Graduate preferred)
• Age: 27–40 years
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Security Industry
• NCC-trained candidates will be an advantage
• Smart, active, and willing to work in field operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular field visits to company sites
• Training security and housekeeping staff
• Handling risk management and crisis situations
• Night checking duty once or twice a week
• Managing and coordinating with clients when required
• Reaching site immediately during emergencies as per office instructions
• Assisting recruitment team in hiring (if references available)
• Handling and guiding security guards and housekeeping teams efficiently

Duty Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (may vary depending on work requirements as this is an emergency service role)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 (as per experience)

Travel Allowance: Provided

Office Location: Park Street
