*Finance Associate – Job Description*
- *Main Tasks & Duties*
- *Lead & Supervise* – Handle day-to-day activities of the finance team, guide and mentor members.
- *Financial Performance* – Monitor organization’s financial health, prepare current reports and forecasts (budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns).
- *Team Development* – Recruit, train, appraise team members; set individual targets & action plans.
- *Essential Abilities / Competencies*
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in financial management roles, preferably with 2–4 years supervisory exposure.
