*Finance Team Leader – Job Description*

- *Main Tasks & Duties*

- *Lead & Supervise* – Handle day-to-day activities of the finance team, guide and mentor members.

- *Financial Performance* – Monitor organization’s financial health, prepare current reports and forecasts (budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns).

- *Reporting* – Develop and submit monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements to regulatory agencies and management.

- *Accounting Systems* – Manage all accounting procedures & systems, ensure compliance with GAAP and statutory obligations.

- *Strategic Analysis* – Assess long-term financial trends, review prospects for growth, align financial strategy with business goals.

- *Team Development* – Recruit, train, appraise team members; set individual targets & action plans.

- *Compliance & Controls* – Enforce financial & legal requirements, maintain accurate records, control expenses against budget.

- *Stakeholder Interaction* – Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, clients, and external agencies.
