Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven professionals to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as Business Development & Financial Advisors. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing financial planning solutions, and driving business growth through life insurance and investment products.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on Tata AIA products, policies, and market trends.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, business growth, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory will be an added advantage.
