Financial Advisor

The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing financial guidance and solutions to clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products such as insurance, investments, and savings plans. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and meet potential clients to promote financial and insurance products.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
• Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory norms.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and company offerings.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, finance, or insurance (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial planning and investment principles.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
