Financial Advisor

Ishaan Consultancy is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to provide expert financial guidance to individuals and businesses. The role involves assessing clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable financial products, and helping clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssess clients’ financial situation, goals, and risk appetite
• Provide advice on investments, insurance, retirement planning, and tax-saving options
• Recommend suitable financial products and services as per client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and leads
• Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic reviews
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulations
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial planning and investment concepts
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Ability to explain financial products in a simple and clear manner
• Client-oriented and ethical approach
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
• Preferred Skills & Certifications (Optional)Experience as a Financial Advisor, Relationship Manager, or similar role
• Relevant certifications (AMFI, IRDA, NISM, etc.)
• Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, loans, and wealth management
• Sales and relationship management experience
