- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking 🤝
- Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions 🧾
- Promote Bharti AXA products such as Term Plans, ULIPs, Savings & Retirement Plans 📈
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships 👥
- Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity goals 🎯
- Complete policy documentation and ensure smooth onboarding 🗂️
- Provide post-sales service and policy support 🔄
- Stay updated with IRDAI guidelines and product knowledge 📚
- 🎓 Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate 🎓
- Age: 26 years and above
- Good communication and presentation skills 🗣️
- Sales, BFSI, or customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome) 🌱
