We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and handle offer roll-out.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities with HR/admin team.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in bulk hiring / IT / Non-IT recruitment (customize as needed).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong networking abilities.
