Financial Consultant

The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing clients with expert advice on financial planning, insurance, and investment options. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering suitable financial solutions, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate products.
• Promote and sell financial products such as life insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships for policy renewals and referrals.
• Meet individual and team sales targets within the given time frame.
• Stay updated with company products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Participate in training programs, marketing campaigns, and client events.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in financial sales, insurance, or banking (freshers may apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of financial planning, savings, and investment concepts.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and professional attitude.
