• 1. Client Financial ConsultationMeet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, income, expenses, risk tolerance, and future needs (e.g., retirement, children’s education, wealth building).
• Provide personalized financial planning advice to help clients meet those goals.
• 2. Recommend Financial ProductsSuggest suitable insurance and investment products such as life insurance plans, savings plans, retirement solutions, and other financial products offered by Kotak Life.
• Explain features, benefits, risks, and potential returns of products in simple terms so clients can make informed decisions.
• 3. Sales & Business DevelopmentActively identify potential clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and marketing activities.
• Achieve sales targets by converting enquiries into sales and building a strong client base.
• 4. Build & Maintain Client RelationshipsEstablish trust and long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, reviews, and support.
• Monitor and update financial plans to reflect changes in life events or market conditions.
• 5. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all sales and plans meet regulatory standards (e.g., IRDAI licensing) and internal company policies.
• Prepare accurate documentation for client records, transactions, and policy issuance.
