Financial Sales Associate

A Financial Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s financial products and services. The role involves sales, customer service, and basic financial advisory to help clients make informed decisions.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential customers for financial products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.).
• Generate leads through field visits, tele calling, referrals, and networking.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly.
• Assist clients with documentation and application processes.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in financial sales, banking, or insurance is an added advantage.
