📋 Open Positions & Requirements

1. 🔵PSR (Pre-Seller) & RMD (Route Market Developer)🔵

* Role: Visiting retail shops, managing relationships, and collecting product orders.

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales (any industry).

* Education: Minimum 10th Pass 

👉Salary Structure:

 21,800 NTH + 3000 Reimbursement + PF + ESIC + Huge Incentive (Note: 13'000 fixed pay & 11,800 Variable pay‌)

*•💵 Total Monthly Income: Approx. ₹18,000 – ₹25,000*

2.🔵 NDE (New Dealer Executive)🔵

* Role: Area development through the acquisition of new dealers and distributors.

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales (Like FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Wallet/Fintech, or Channel Sales).

* Salary Structure:

Net Take Home (NTH): ₹20,000

Benefits: Fuel Allowance + ₹3,000 DA + PF + ESIC +Huge Incentives.

*•💵 Total Monthly Income: Approx. ₹25,000 – ₹35,000*

⚙️ Key Job Details

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Fixed Weekly Off).

Mandatory: Must have a professional approach and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
