Position: F&B Manager

Location: Knockout Pub & Bar Lounge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the pub and lounge.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and manage bar staff, service team, and stewards.
• Handle inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor daily sales, costs, and operational performance.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of liquor brands, mixology, and bar operations.

* Familiarity with licensing laws and alcohol compliance.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Strong financial acumen (cost control, budgeting, P&L understanding).

* Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

 Beverage & Liquor Expertise

* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mixology.

* Design and update drink menus based on trends and customer preferences.

* Ensure proper storage, handling, and serving of all alcoholic beverages.
