Franchise & Business Development Manager (Calling & Lead Conversion)

Responsible for generating franchise leads, handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining the business model, converting prospects into franchise partners, and supporting expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Management

Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads (PAN India)

Handle inbound enquiries from ads, social media & website

Qualify leads based on budget, location & interest

Maintain daily calling targets and follow-up schedules

Franchise Sales & Conversion

Explain franchise model, investment, ROI & support system

Share pitch decks, brochures & agreements with prospects

Conduct virtual/physical meetings with serious leads

Close franchise deals and assist till onboarding

📈 Business Development ( Puchkaman Franchise & In Store Shops)

Identify new markets, cities & expansion opportunities

Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns

Build relationships with brokers, consultants & channel partners

Track competitor franchise models and market trends

Reporting & CRM

Maintain CRM with call logs, lead status & conversions

Submit daily/weekly performance reports

Track pipeline, closures & revenue projections

Skills Required

Strong communication & convincing skills

Experience in franchise sales / business development

Confident on calls & follow-ups

Basic understanding of P&L, ROI & investments

CRM & MS Excel knowledge

Experience

2–5 years in franchise sales / real estate / business development / tele-sales

Compensation

Fixed Salary + High Incentives per closure
