Front Office And Operations Executive

We are hiring an experienced and responsible Hospitality Operations Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experience at our property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations including front desk, and guest services
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Oversee billing, check-ins/check-outs, and record maintenance
• Maintain registers, documentation, and basic reporting
• Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth operational flow
• Handle critical situations with confidence and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements (weddings, corporate events, parties, etc.)
• Plan banquet setup including seating, décor, and service flow
• Supervise banquet staff during events
• Ensure proper arrangement of tables, chairs, buffet, and equipment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
• Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed
• Prepare event reports and feedback after completion

Requirements:

• Age between 30 to 45 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector
• Graduate or higher qualification
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer and internet knowledge (billing, records, emails, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, and maintain registers/documents
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and handle flexible duties
