Job Description

We are hiring a Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and support daily administrative operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners, ensuring professional communication and smooth front desk management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and reception area professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage emails, courier dispatch, and incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Administration teams for internal communication.
  • Handle basic office documentation, filing, and meeting arrangements.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.


Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Front Office / Receptionist role
  • Experience in corporate office or manufacturing industry preferred
