Job description

We are looking for Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle customer walk-ins and provide project information or assistance as required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements for meetings.
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and front desk reports.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, parcels, documents, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and uphold the brand image of Emami Realty.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be comfortable in speaking english.

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (preferably in real estate or corporate environment).
