Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a real-world impact while growing their professional careers in the social sector.Job Overview As a Fundraiser and Social Activity Coordinator, you will be the face of our foundation. Your primary goal will be to raise awareness about our cause and secure financial support from individual donors and the public to fund our various social welfare projects.Key Responsibilities
• Public Outreach: Engage with people in public spaces, corporate offices, or through door-to-door visits to explain the foundation's mission and ongoing projects.
• Fundraising: Achieve daily and monthly donation targets to support the education and healthcare of the needy.
• Social Activity: Assist in organizing and executing community events, health camps, and awareness drives across Kolkata.
• Donor Relations: Maintain a positive relationship with existing donors and ensure timely follow-ups for continued support.
• Reporting: Maintain daily records of interactions and funds raised, and report directly to the Team Lead.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a passion for social work are highly encouraged to apply).
• Language: Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Basic knowledge of English is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejections.
• Willingness to travel and work on-field across Kolkata.
