Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in managing international campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Google Ads across global markets. Candidates with experience working in a digital marketing agency will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Optimize campaigns to meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor daily performance and prepare detailed reports.
• Implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to enhance overall campaign results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Google Ads.
• Proven expertise in managing international clients/projects.
• Experience in a digital marketing company/agency preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
