Hardware & Network Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximum operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware and IT equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize client downtime.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and our customers, providing clear guidance and excellent support.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and system upgrades as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of service visits, equipment logs, and customer interactions.
• Provide basic training and instructions to clients on how to safely and effectively operate the equipment.
