Position Overview — Head Chef

We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead our central production kitchen and multi-brand operations in Newtown & Salt Lake. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational control, culinary excellence, and high-volume production expertise.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Head Chef in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or institutional catering setup.

Key Responsibilities

•              Lead complete kitchen operations producing 2500+ meals per day.

•              Supervise, train, and manage kitchen teams across multiple brands and formats.

•              Standardize recipes, portions, and quality across Swiggy, Zomato, and institutional kitchens.

•              Plan menus for corporate, school, hostel,

and catering operations.

•              Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, food safety, and audit standards.

•              Control food cost, wastage, inventory, and procurement cycles.

•              Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and delivery timelines.

•              Drive new brand/product development and kitchen expansion projects.

•              Coordinate with operations, quality, finance, and logistics teams.
