About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing product/service information to customers
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass qualification
- Fresher can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in Odiya, Assamese, Bhojpuri, Maithili + Hindi/English
- No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
- Looking for Immediate joiners only
- Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number
Shifts:
- Rotational shift including night shift (for male candidates)
- No night shift for Female candidates
- Any 9 hour during 24x7
- 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
