Job Description Hiring for Draftsman – P&ID / Piping at Kolkata, Salary 18000/-Inhand

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Draftsman (P&ID / Piping) to create accurate technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and piping layouts using CAD software. The role involves working closely with engineers to produce detailed engineering drawings as per project specifications and industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities Prepare P&ID drawings, piping layouts, isometrics, and GA drawings.
• Develop 2D/3D piping drawings using CAD tools.
• Update drawings based on engineering inputs and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical/piping engineers and project teams.
• Maintain drawing documentation and ensure version control.
• Support design changes and assist in design reviews.

Requirements Strong experience in P&ID drafting and piping drawings.

Proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Plant 3D / SolidWorks (any relevant CAD software).

Understanding of piping components, symbols, codes, and standards.

Knowledge of isometric and orthographic projections.

Good accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to read engineering drawings.

Ability to collaborate with engineers and work under deadlines.
