Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers and explain home loan products and eligibility criteria.
• Generate leads through various channels and follow up for conversion.
• Assist customers in completing the loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to process loan applications.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and loan applications.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in finance, business, or related fields).
• Prior experience in home loans, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of loan products, eligibility, and documentation process.
