Job Title: Home Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Home Loan Sales Executive to source, promote, and close home loan business. The role involves generating leads, explaining loan products, assisting customers with documentation, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads through calling, field visits, and referrals
• Explain home loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation to customers
• Assist customers in application and document collection
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to close cases
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/system
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Ensure compliance with company and bank policies

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in home loan / mortgage / loan sales preferred
• Knowledge of home loan products, eligibility, and documentation
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
• Field sales readiness (if required)
• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
