Job Description

Soho Bharat Foundation is hiring compassionate and skilled Wellness Massage Therapists / Home Care Health Assistants for our FAMILY DOCTOR project. The role involves providing home-based wellness massage, therapy, and basic nursing & health-related services to clients and families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional wellness massage and relaxation therapy at clients’ homes

Support elderly care, post-illness care, and general wellness needs

Assist with basic nursing tasks such as:

Vital signs monitoring (BP, sugar, pulse, temperature)

Medication assistance (as advised)

Mobility support and personal care

Follow proper hygiene, safety, and infection control practices

Communicate politely and maintain respectful behavior with patients and family members

Keep simple service records and daily updates

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the FAMILY DOCTOR team when required

Requirements

Experience or training in wellness massage / therapy / nursing / health care

Certification or course in Massage Therapy, Nursing, GNM, ANM, Caregiving (preferred but not mandatory)

Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude

Ability to travel to client homes

Good communication skills

Willingness to work flexible hours
