Housekeeping Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, schedule, train (onboarding & ongoing), motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Operations Oversight: Plan and assign daily tasks, conduct quality inspections (room checks, common areas), and ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linens; manage ordering and distribution to prevent shortages.
• Quality & Standards: Implement and enforce cleaning procedures, conduct detailed inspections, and ensure all areas meet high-quality benchmarks.
• Guest/Client Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining confidentiality in healthcare settings.
• Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, track attendance, manage lost & found, and handle other department-specific documentation.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise closely with Engineering, Front Desk, and Food & Beverage for maintenance issues, VIP needs, and smooth operations.
