Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

2. Employee Relations Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Support employee engagement programs and activities.

3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Admin Maintain attendance and leave records.

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the finance department.
• Manage employee files, HR records, and HRMS systems.

4. Performance Management Assist in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.

• Track employee performance and prepare reports.
• Support managers in performance review processes.

5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

• Maintain training records and assist with career development plans.

6. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage statutory requirements like PF, ESI, Gratuity (as applicable).

7. Exit Formalities Conduct exit interviews.

• Process employee resignations and full & final settlements.
• Deactivate access and update records.
