Job Description

Job SummaryRNJ Consultancy Services is seeking a competent and self-driven HR & Admin Officer who will independently manage all office administration and core HR functions. The role requires full ownership of day-to-day office operations, recruitment activities, employee records, and HR compliance to ensure a smooth and professional working environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationIndependently manage all day-to-day office administrative operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory control
  • Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning
  • Prepare administrative reports and support management requirements
  • Human Resources & RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and management for recruitment planning
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
  • Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases
  • Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports as required
  • Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related matters
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary processes professionally
  • Support a positive and compliant workplace culture



Experience: Proven experience independently handling HR and office administration functions

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills


Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Professionalism: High level of integrity and confidentiality
