• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role

• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and statutory compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leaves, and payroll

• Coordinate employee engagement and training activities

• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Assist management in performance evaluation and HR reporting
