Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and the full induction process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and counseling.
- Compliance & Administration: Manintain PF and ESIC of employees
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in processing monthly payroll and administering employee benefits and compensation packages as well as Attendance Maintenance
