🎯 Key Responsibilities🔹 End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle full-cycle recruitment process 📝
• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles

🔹 Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews 📅
• Conduct HR screening calls 📞
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and joining

🔹 Hiring & Onboarding

• Manage offer letter rollout and documentation 📄
• Coordinate onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports 📊

🔹 Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with branch managers for hiring needs
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications✔️ Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

✔️ 0-3 years of recruitment experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills 🗣️

✔️ Ability to work under hiring targets 🎯

✔️ Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
