Job Description:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave, and deductions

Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory compliances

Ensure timely filing of returns, challans, and coordination with authorities

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers

Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle activities

Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Support recruitment coordination and HR MIS reporting

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
