Job Title: HR Executive (Female Only)

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Female) to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment activities. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and comfortable coordinating with both candidates and internal teams. The role also requires occasional factory visits for coordination and HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports
• Visit factory locations for HR coordination and employee management activities

• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Female candidates only

Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to factory when required
