Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll)

Location: Kolkata

Experience Required: 1 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

JD :

1.  The executive will manage attendance, leave, salary structures, reimbursements, deductions, and full and final settlements. 
2. Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases.
3. Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and end-to-end HR processes.
4. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
5. The position requires proper calculation and coordination of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory contributions as applicable
6. Support payroll processing by preparing inputs and administering employee benefits.
7. Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process smoothly.
8. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
