HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

2. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including payroll, leaves, and insurance

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

5. HR Support: Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters

Requirements:

1. MBA in HR or related field

2. 2-5 years of experience in HR role

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and make decisions
